1. Empty a single sachet of pancake mix into a medium mixing bowl.
2. Add egg (or banana) and milk of choice and whisk until well combined.
3. Heat a lightly greased frying pan to medium heat.
4. Pour batter into frying pan to desired size. Cook for 2-3 minutes, flip pancake and cook for a further 2 minutes.
5. Serve pancakes hot with your favourite sweet or savoury toppings.
