1/2 cup Brown Teff Grain
1/2 cup Coconut Milk (plus 2 tbsp for topping) 1 cup Water
1 tbsp Stevia
Pinch of Sea Salt
1/4 cup Shaved Almonds
• Place the teff, coconut milk, stevia, sea salt and water into a saucepan and bring to a boil over a medium heat. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for about 15 – 20 minutes with the lid on. You will need to stir the mixture regularly to ensure it doesn’t stick.
• The porridge is ready once the the liquid has been absorbed and the mixture has thickened.
• Spoon the porridge into two bowls and top with the banana, almond shavings and a drizzle of coconut milk.
