  • Can be cooked in the microwave or on the stove.
  • Perfect for adding to rice dishes (sushi), smoothies, protein balls, granolas and salads.

  • -Combine 1/2 cup of teff with 1 cup of water in a saucepan.
    -Bring to a simmer and leave covered for 6-8 minutes until all the moisture is absorbed.
    -Turn the heat off and leave covered for a further 5-8 minutes.
    -Fluff with a fork and enjoy.
