INGREDIENTS⁣
– 1/4 Cup Grated Carrot⁣
– 1 Scoop Vanilla @happywayau Protein Powder⁣ (or similar vanilla powder of your choice) 
– 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk⁣
– 1 Tbsp Raisins⁣
– 1 tsp Cinnamon⁣
– 1/2 tsp Nutmeg⁣
– 2 Tbsp coconut oil

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180C⁣.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pour into a single serve ramekin or baking dish⁣.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes or until top is golden⁣.
  • Serve with almond butter and coconut yoghurt⁣.
