Ingredients
Makes 12
- ¾ Cup Ivory Teff Flour
- ¼ Cup Macadamias
- ¼ Cup Walnuts
- 1 tbsp Tahini
- 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 ½ tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- Pinch Sea Salt
Method
1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until well combined. If the mixture is too dry, add a dash of water. If it is too wet, add 1 tbsp of teff flour.
2. Roll into balls.
3. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until firm.
4. Dust with cacao and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
