Heard of teff, but not sure what all the fuss is about? You may know it’s a ‘superfood’ but what does that really mean? Well, when it comes to health benefits, teff leads all the grains. It may be the smallest grain in the world, but it packs an almighty punch in the nutrient stakes.

Naturally gluten-free, and jam-packed with all the good stuff like calcium, iron, protein, resistant starch and essential minerals like magnesium and manganese, teff is something of a superstar. It just goes to show that good things really do come in small packages! When lovingly stone-milled to flour, the entire grain is crushed – meaning it retains all of the nutritional benefits that many other grains lose during processing.

In short, it’s a nutritional powerhouse. But most importantly, it’s delicious.
